The project
HireFlow provides recruiters with a centralized workspace to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The platform includes authentication, job management, candidate profiles, application pipelines, interview scheduling and recruitment analytics.
What I built
Problems to solve
Designing a complete recruitment workflow from application to hiring.
Managing candidate stages across different job applications.
Implementing drag-and-drop candidate pipelines.
Keeping job, candidate and interview data synchronized.
Building reusable components and hooks for a scalable frontend architecture.
Creating responsive dashboards that work across desktop and mobile devices.
Persisting application data using browser storage for the demo environment.
How I approached it
Built the application using Next.js App Router and reusable React components.
Implemented a multi-stage recruitment pipeline using dnd-kit.
Created reusable custom hooks for jobs, candidates, interviews and local storage.
Connected candidates with jobs, applications and interview history.
Built dynamic dashboards and analytics based on recruitment data.
Implemented authentication and protected routes for the application.
Used Tailwind CSS to create a responsive and consistent design system.
Added Framer Motion for smooth interactions and transitions.
